Ігрова шоу - програма для учнів старших класів
«HAPPY ENGLISH FEST»
ЦІЛІ: створити умови для розвитку культурної компетенції, для формування зацікавленості учнів культурою та традиціями англомовних країн та України.
Завдання:
  пізнавальний аспект: знайомити зі святами та традиціями англомовних країн та України; розвивальний аспект: розвивати самостійність, поглиблювати культурологічні знання, підвищувати загальну культуру спілкування;
  виховний аспект: формувати толерантне ставлення до іншомовної культури, виховувати повагу до культури інших народів, формувати вміння і бажання учнів працювати у колективі, виховувати відповідальність за виконання роботи.
Обладнання: плакати, малюнки, мультимедійний проектор, магнітофон, DVD - програвач.
Pupil 1:    Dear children and teachers, welcome to our party. Today we are having English party and I promise our event will be interesting or I promise we will spend time well. We'll listen the English songs, we'll take part in interactive games and maybe we'll know something new.

Pupil 2 :  We continue our party. A year 2016 is year of English in Ukraine.
What associations appear in your mind when we talk about Great Britain? What famous people do we remember? What cities? What events? I see that you are all clever and know many famous people and places. And I agree with you that W. Shakespeare is one of the most famous person of Great Britain. His works were translated into all languages of the world. I think that all of us know W.Shakespeare's tragedy "Romeo and Juliet".
Let's meet pupils Yana and Vlad with a play "Romeo and Juliet".
Pupil:   Now the time to start game- show.
Let's me introduce our jury............................................................................ )
We have four teams. You must know the rules. They are very easy. You may play together with our participants. You must support them by clapping. And now let me introduce our teams.
First team....... «The Sun»-      United we stand, divided we fall в єднанні ми сила, окремо- впадем
Second team..... "Friends" -    A friend in need - a friend indeedдруг пізнається в біді
Third team....   "Winners"- Small steps, Big results. It is all about us! Маленькими кроками ми досягаєм великих результатів.
Fourth   team...... "Rainbow" - We   are   united      we   are   the   best   коли   ми   разом ми непереможні.

І. London quiz. The first task for our teams is to show how they know London and its famous places. You have to look at the screen and choose a right answer. You have a card for the first task on your desks. Write an answer and pass it to the jury.

Dear friends! You get a card with a long word. You have to make other words from the letters it contains . The letters can be used in any order. I give you five minutes. The winner is the participant who finds the largest number of words .

(In the card: Personality. The answer: person, son, noisy, tea, reason, net, rest, pen, tiny, etc.)
